Istvan has been part of the kitchen team since 2016 and is indispensable. As Chef de Cuisine, he is constantly working on new dishes for our guests.

Our Thomas completed his apprenticeship with outstanding achievements and was taken on at "The Bank" with a proud chest. As Commis Saucier, he puts his heart and soul into his work and his passion for preparing meat dishes and sauces is palpable. His dedication to his craft is admirable and Thomas always goes the extra mile to ensure that every dish that leaves his kitchen is a real treat for the palate. His humour and cheerful nature are infectious, and he always brings a smile to the faces of his colleagues.
OLIVER, Pastry Head chef
The man with the weakness for everything that tastes particularly good! His Rahmschmarrn is legendary, his dessert creations unique and his good humor contagious.
FELIX, SOUS CHEF
The Viennese deputy to the head chef. The chef's right-hand man has only recently joined the team, but has known the chef for many years. The enthusiastic football fan has worked everywhere (it seems) - from "no stars" to "three stars". With his huge wealth of experience and talent, he continues to develop our existing dishes and creates new dishes for our menu with heart and soul.
CLEMENS, CHEF DE PARTIE
His responsibility lies with the starters. From the legendary The Bank Beef Tatar to fresh salads - he loves trying out new things and creatively implementing ideas. Clemens is the biggest Marvel fan of all and even has the nickname Iron Man in the team.
HASSAN, COMMIS DE CUISINE
Our Hassan is the coolest and probably the biggest sports fan ever. When he's not in the kitchen, he's mainly at football. He has great talent, is super hardworking and gives everything in his job. Our "Blitz", as he is called in the team, lives his life in the cold kitchen and produces delicious starters for you.
NIKOLINA, DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
Our dear breakfast fairy. Together with Andreas, she has been taking care of the most important meal of the day for many years. She takes care of our apprentices with infinite patience and is popular in the team for her incredibly great mise en place.
BILAL, CHEF DE PARTIE
The entremetier with a big heart. His passion is clearly vegetables. He simply loves everything and in every form. Known in the team as the foccachia master, his ingenious recipe and passionate approach to food produce some of the best foccachia we have ever tasted.
JAY, COMMIS DE CUISINE
Our all-rounder. We are incredibly proud of his journey. He has been part of the team for seven years and has worked his way from dishwasher to kitchen team with his boundless diligence. Everyone loves Jay, who is even called a lucky charm thanks to his charm and character. From breakfast to night duty - he loves working in the kitchen.
BALASZ, CHEF DE PARTIE
Balázs is our chef de partie in the area of cold cuisine and a true artist when it comes to that. His creative starters not only delight the palate, but are also real works of art on the plate. He likes to share his knowledge with the team and always brings good humour to the kitchen. Balázs is a real bon vivant who never fails to enchant guests with his culinary creations.
ANDREAS, CHEF DE PARTIE
The early bird catches the worm and our Andreas prepares breakfast for our guests. When we all turn over in bed once again, his alarm clock has been ringing for a long time. Mr. Breakfast, as he is called in our house, makes sure with love and passion that no culinary wishes of our breakfast guests remain unfulfilled.
